According to Foxnews.
Blackberry Ltd. is suing Ryan Seacrest’s Typo Products LLC for allegedly copying keyboard case designs, according to media reports on Saturday. The smartphone maker is accusing Typo of infringing on patents and designs used by Blackberry’s product Q10, a smartphone with a keyboard. Typo’s product is a copy of a BlackBerry “iconic keyboard design” which is part of the smartphone maker’s Q10 line, said a complaint filed on Friday in federal court in San Francisco. The Typo product starts shipping this month, according to the complaint. Typo denies the allegations and says it plans to “defend the case vigorously.”
