Goodluck Jonathan has charged the people of Bayelsa state to engage in
vigorous undertakings to speed up the economic development of the state.
Jonathan gave the charge in Yenagoa during the opening ceremony of the first Bayelsa Investment and Economic Forum (BSIEFORUM).
