LINJUST GLOBAL TERMS OF USE

1 INFORMATION ABOUT US

1.1 This website is an online marketplace for digital services where customers find and connect with diverse vendors in the most affordable, timely and secure manner.

1.2 The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”),  shall apply to buyers and sellers on the marketplace and govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through Linjust.com (the “Site”), by LINJUST GLOBAL LIMITED:

1.3 By using this site you agree to our terms and conditions. If you disagree with the terms and condition you must not use our marketplace

2 REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

     2.1 This site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you may not use this Site (Linjust.com) Services. By using our marketplace, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

2.2 Only registered users may buy and sell on Linjust.com. Registration is free. If you register for an account with our marketplace you will be asked to provide an email address/user ID and password and you agree to

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us by contacting our customer care if you become aware of any disclosure of your password and also be responsible for any activity on our marketplace due to failure to keep your password confidential
  • Your account shall be used exclusively by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party. If you authorize any third party to manage your account on your behalf this shall be at your own risk
  • You may cancel your account on our marketplace by contacting us

3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

     3.1 Service providers are allowed to post select active deals services, deals and profiles created on Linjust.com are User Generated Content.

3.2 Deals may be removed by Linjust.com from our Search feature due to poor performance or violations of these Terms of Service, which may include but are not limited to the following violations and/or materials.

  • Illegal or Fraudulent Services
  • Copyright Infringement and Trademark       Infringement, Adult oriented services,
  •  Pornographic or Inappropriate/Obscene Posts, Intentional Copies of Deals, Spams, Violent   Deals, Deals misleading to Clients including violations of third party terms of service, URLs in your Deal text that redirect to third party websites are subject to approval

 Notice: Deals that are removed for violations mentioned above may result in the removal of the Service providers’ account

3.3 Deals are required to have an appropriate deal image related to the service offered. An option to upload two additional deal image is available to all Service Providers. Deal may also contain an approved Deal video uploaded through the Gig management tools available on Linjust.com.

4 RETURNS AND REFUND

     4.1 In the event of any defect with the item ordered, customers have to return the product within 24- 36 hours of purchase. The product must be in the same condition it was received, and undamaged in any way. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. However, if the defect is as a result of the customer’s fault, the customer shall bear the liability.

4.1.1 The customer can elect to return the item by either:

  • Contacting LINJUST GLOBAL LIMITED and we redirect them to the delivery company for drop off.
  • Contacting LINJUST GLOBAL LIMITED and requesting that the delivery comes to pick up the item for a fee
  • If the item requires a replacement, LINJUST GLOBAL LIMITED will cover the re-delivery of the replaced goods at no cost to the customer.

4.2 After receiving the item, our team of professionals will notify the customer about the receipt of the returned item, inspect it, and will immediately notify the customer on the status of refund after inspecting the item. We will process a refund if it meets our returns policy requirement as stated above, and if a replacement is impracticable. If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s card (or original method of payment).

4.3 The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on the account. The customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on his/her card issuer’s policies.

4.4 If the product is damaged in any way, the customer initiated the return after 24-36 hours have passed, he/she will not be eligible for a refund. Delivery costs are non¬refundable; if a customer receives a refund, the cost of delivery will not be factored into the refund.

In accordance with the law, 7.5% of the value of all purchases made on the  LINJUST GLOBAL LIMITED platform is charged to the buyer as Value Added Tax (VAT). In the event of a refund, VAT paid on purchases shall be excluded.

5 DATA PRIVACY

    5.1 Buyers agree to processing of their personal data in accordance with the term of Linjust.com’s Privacy and Cookie Notice.

    5.2 Sellers shall be directly responsible to buyers for any misuse of their personal  data and Linjust.com bears no liability to buyers in respect to any misuse by sellers of their personal data.

INDEMNITY

We are hereby not responsible for any liability incurred from the usage of products listed on our website.

While we make great efforts to provide accurate information, be aware that manufacturers occasionally change their ingredients. We advise you to always read labels and instructions before using or ingesting any health product and not to exclusively depend on the information we provide on our website.
